I am from Ronan, Montana and I just saw the picture you have posted. In the early years of the town (which started in 1909) there was a photographer named L.G. Bigelow. He took a lot of early pictures of Ronan including the big fire of 1912.
killerbob, that was undoubtedly my ancestor. Now, L.G. could have been for Lou Goodale Bigelow, who was actually a woman and my great aunt. How did you find this site, just out of curiosity? I'll try to Google the town of Ronan and see if I can find any mention of L.G. Bigelow. If you have more information, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks!
